David has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources (HR) having spent periods of time both inside and outside of the gaming industry. Prior to taking on the position as the Group HR Director (HRD), David has spent two years operating as the Grosvenor HRD, successfully delivering a number of change projects. Before joining Grosvenor Casinos, David spent three years working as the HRD for TDX and Equifax, a large US based consumer credit reporting agency, which he successfully transitioned into after a period of five years where David was the Managing Director of a consulting business specialising in the areas of Organisational Change and Development. David’s early career included periods of time working for large multi-national business such as British Airways, KPMG and Barclays, where his remit included working on an international basis.
David is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
David believes that the business case for a more diverse and inclusive industry is key, throughout his career he has helped businesses represent the communities and customers they work with by taking action to further representation within teams.
