Roianne Nedd is a Diversity and Inclusion expert, life coach and author. She is passionate and dedicated to helping organisations to embrace the principles of diversity and inclusion and focuses on intersectional feminism, unconscious bias, and inclusive leadership.
She has built an impressive range of skills and experience since starting her career in a busy County Court in Central London, working in various roles within Central Government including Change Management, Communications and Diversity, and Inclusion. While working, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and gained her Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership using these skills to round her approach to driving inclusion in businesses.
In the latter part of her career, she worked as an objective advisor and consultant to companies in a range of industries including financial and professional services, retail banking, central and local government, engineering and tech to provide innovative solutions and training packages on D&I to clients.
More recently she has focused on building a range of inclusion interventions including benchmarking tools and unconscious bias seminars as a consultant with mygwork and will soon launch her book The Trusted Black Girl about the workplace experiences of Black women in the UK.
In her spare time, Roianne runs Women of Kaieteur, a global empowerment network supporting Guyanese women. She is also a self-appointed Amplifier of Women’s voices helping them find their purpose, unleash their passion and maximise their potential through her life-coaching work and authorship of seven books including self-help book The Cracked Cocoon Principles.
