Stella Dalton is Social Responsibility/Regulatory Affairs Manager at the Remote Gambling Association.
Stella joined the RGA in 2017 having spent 9 years at GamCare as Head of Education & Prevention leading on the charity’s work with the gambling industry to promote social responsibility and player protection standards. Her earlier career in the gambling sector spans more than two decades, having worked in the land based Casino industry from Dealer through to Casino Manager at high end London casinos predominantly with the Rank Group to a strategic role in Resourcing & Development, specialising in training, licensing and compliance for the casino and bingo sector.
In her role at the RGA Stella is currently focussed on the Gambling Commission Review of Online Gambling and related issues in particular age verification, affordability checks, customer interaction, game characteristics. Since publication of the RGA Behavioural Analytics good practise guidelines in February 2018 Stella is leading on a series of RGA Analytics workshops to explore stakeholder research and to knowledge share progressive work the Online companies are undertaking to further develop player tracking systems and customer support.
